Complaint Review: Liberty Resources

Liberty Resources, Chad Wickline, Financial Freedom Concepts ripoff Canal Winchester Ohio

  • Reported By:
    Canal Winchester Ohio
  • Submitted:
    Thu, March 17, 2005
  • Updated:
    Sun, June 12, 2005

I am also a victim of the Liberty Resources Credit Card elimination scam. I trusted them because the rep. Chad Wickline lives in my community and his kids go to school with mine. I still should have realized that it was too good to be true. Chad Wickline works from his home located at:

WICKLINE CHAD P
7187 BROMFIELD DR
CANAL WINCHESTER OH 43110

He drives a red corvette.
I would like to recover my money and see him pay for it. He has ripped off many people.

Please respond if you need any information from me.
I am just hoping that the collections attorneys will accept a settlement and remove the bad marks on my credit report. I know that this is just wishful thinking on my part but I am willing to work with them.

Denise was employed by Liberty Resources so don't let her fool anyone. She use to answer the phones over there.

I have lot's of info on Chad and the whole gang. And yes, YTB is another network marketing business that he is now involved with.

AACS is not a scam

#22Consumer Comment

Thu, April 21, 2005

I apologize for earlier saying that AACS is scamming people too. They did not respond or answer phones for at least five days because they changed phone systems. They called me up on 4-18-05, and apologized and said the local telephone company messed things up. I am not happy since they didn't try to contact me earlier or respond to e-mails or faxes. I am happy that I wasn't part of another scam, and I didn't have the money to pay another company to help me end my horrible nitemare from Liberty Resources. I hope AACS continues to stick to their word, and help their clients. I am scared that they were referred by LR, and at first they called the people at LR nice people. I heard from an investigator for the Ohio Attorney General's Office today. I am mailing all the documentation I have from Liberty Resources, and hopefully it will help punish all those that helped and participated in the LR scam. All of our lives were changed because of LR. I hope one day we all can wake up knowing the nightmare is over, and the people involved with LR will not be able to do any more scams ever again.

Keep the Heat on Chad Wickline Chad and Co are trying to hide from the AG's office

#22Consumer Comment

Sat, April 16, 2005

Jeff- Chad and Co are trying to hide from the AG's office.Yes,it's easy for Chad to say Liberty Resources has closed or went under so the AG's will stop investigating. What we need to do is keep reporting all known addresses and new Company names Chad and Co are trying to start, with our money of course.Keep the AG's hot on Chads trail.Mike Amato in Rhode Island plays a big part in this, so I'm trying to put some heat on him also.I wish I could say things will work out for us.I will not give Chad and Co the satisfaction of a carefree life. They neeed to know that we are not going to fade in our resolve.

CHAD WICKLINE How many businesses does this guy have

#22Consumer Comment

Sat, April 16, 2005

Chad also has another site www.ytbnet.com. How many businesses does this guy have, and how can he get away with his scams? I have been supposedly getting help from AACS for the last two months to settle with the banks, and as of April 14th, they are not taking calls anymore. Does anybody know why, and if they are linked to Liberty Resources? Also, does anybody know what government agency is investigating Liberty Resources? Somebody posted saying the Ohio Attorney General can't do anything since the business Liberty Resources is closed. LR ruined my life, and know AACS is too. Every time I think things can't get any worse, they always manage to.

To be honest with you!!! this scam is all over America

#22Consumer Comment

Tue, March 22, 2005

Richard,

To be honest with you they already knew about Liberty Resources, this scam is all over America.
Yes, they are in pursuit of anyone involved with Liberty Resources, etc. and yes they will go down.
Anyone claiming to be an associate or representive will go down as a conspiracy to the fact. I was able to settle with my creditors at 25% to 50% of my original balance, which is not bad considering that the process we did through Liberty was a legal process that required law services to protect the creditors in which they are willing to forgive. If you owed $5,ooo on a credit card with legal services it went to $10,000 with their legal expenses and you can settle for $4,000, GO FOR IT! What Liberty didn't tell you is that the creditors can destroy your life with Garnishments, Liens on your property, etc. The creditors will work with you in fact feel sorry for you! What LIBERTY RESOURCES did was in fact a big crime! Please feel free to contact me I can help advise you further unlike Liberty, It's free!

PS Everyone send money to this website, they are helping us big time!

PLEASE everyone conitue to contact the Ohio Attorney General.

Settlement With Credit Card Companies. The feds seized their equipment and files.

#22Consumer Comment

Sun, March 20, 2005

Tony,

Did it make any difference to the credit card companies when you mentioned the LR scam to them? Were they more willing to work with you? How much were you able to reduce you balances? Did they offer terms? Did they show any indication that they might persue legal action against LR? Probably not. Their interest is in us (no pun intended).

I am responsible for the debt situation that I'm in, but I (foolishly) believed LR was legitimate and could really help me. These guys deserve the full punishment of the law. The feds seized their equipment and files. It's only time before Chad and company get theirs.

No Mortgage tag on Chad's Chevy Tahoe was another scam in the works

#22Consumer Comment

Sun, March 20, 2005

The No Mortgage tag on Chad's Chevy Tahoe was another scam in the works. I was told about this 6 months ago "Mortgage elimination"!!!!!!!!!!!
It involved people of the Christian Faith fighting to seek judgements against mortgage companies and banks to pay off there mortgages or forgive them.
You would have a clear title to your house and receive a huge settlement. Man, Im glad that scam didn't get going! Legacy on the tag of the corvette, must have meant to Chad, a legend in his own mind! My head must have been in my as*
to get involved with these people. Chad has $1200 a month in car payments or did he pay them off in cash? he must have a good job??
The No Mortgage tag only confirms to me that he was the ring leader. Everyone keep contacting the Ohio Attorney General, his office will start a class action suit for consumer fraud! I have called and made settlements to all of my creditors. Believe me there understanding! They understand that the consumer has been screwed far more than any creditor and that all of these companies committed fraud being in this line of business, it's not legal to offer these services, it's not a legal process!
Good Luck!

Write down tag numbers of cars at Chad's Place

#22Consumer Comment

Sat, March 19, 2005

Jeffrey,

Your a better man than me, I'd be in jail if I lived in his community! I'll leave it at that!
Im surprised you haven't seen a moving truck out front of his house. I would write down any activity you see, write down car tag numbers, etc.

There are complaints being filed everywhere, it's just a matter of time before Chad will be in bracelets. Everyone that was a victim needs to get on his trails and stay on them!!!!!!!!!!!!
He has everyone social security numbers.......
I believe class action is our best bet, if there is anything left because the creditors are hot on his trail.

Are you sure you have the right company?

#22Consumer Comment

I was also a liberty client. I'm under the understanding they were marketing the product for Solomon Arbitration Group in CA?. The blame goes beyond a representitive. I doubt the person who took a bunch of money from people is living in Canal Winchester Ohio????? Reps dont get paid enough to have beach front property and million dollar bank accounts. Personally, it makes more sense that a big company like SAG would run a scam, than some guy with a family and a public address. If Mr Wickline was scamming you, do you think he wouldve let you know where he lived? I doubt it. Solomon sent paperwork back to me saying I didnt send the right stuff, but when reading over the directions, I did. Do you know where Solomon is?? Do you know the owner of Solomon? Me neither, pretty smart. Solomon was shut down by the government back in Feburary, that was public knowledge. I'll keep you posted if I find more. Let's all get to the 'top' of the problem so-to-speak.
