This has to be the worst tax return filing service (Liberty Tax) I have ever encountered. I have been corresponding with a rep name "Mario", and his somewhat assistant "Ria". I don't think neither of them know what the heck they are doing.
I have submitted most of my legal documents to them on February 2022, and to this day, the first week of May of 2022, they don't have an answer or a result of my simple personal file. Mario cannot give me a solid answer or result, and he is always coming up with excuses.
Most of the time, I cannot understand what he is saying. Here's a warning - DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!! I regret providing them all of my sensitive and personal information. I am hoping that this company is a legitimate company, considering Florida is known to be the worst state when it comes to FRAUD.
