Complaint Review: Liberty Tower Marketing LLC

I worked for this company for a short time and would love the opportunity to do so again. They have a campaign now that I wish I qualified to apply for, I don't. However; I will check their website often to see if another opportunity comes along. I would gladly accept the chance to work for and/or with them again.

 Unfortunately this company has failed to pay many of its employees. If you are owed money from Liberty Tower Marketing, S & P Tower Marketing, and/or Extreme Campaigns please contact (551) 242-6740 or watchdogval@gmail.com You MUST be able to provide proof of employment with any of these companies by providing the emails sent to you containing the information regarding company procedures, your particular pay structure, and the campaign you were marketing.  The claims of false advertising by a rep representing themselves as GE is not false advertising. You must understand that a business relationship has been made between GE and Monotronics. This has been a partnership for years. Then as a third party marketer Liberty Tower made a deal with GE to sell their products. Therefore they represent GE. Example: I am the owner of a small marketing company named Monarch Solutions. We currently market for 2 different companies. I do not have my reps go to potential customers and say they are with Monarch Solutions this would be confusing as we do not produce, manufacture, service any of the products we sell or will be their point of contact after the sale. If we said we were with Monarch Solutions the customer would end up calling my office with a question to be told that we cannot help them. That is more misleading then saying you are with a company of whom you are selling their product. McDonalds isn't owned by CocaCola but it sure does advertise that 1 dollar soda. It's the deal they worked out. They aren't selling McCoke's they're selling Coca Cola. Look up ADT Authorized dealers on Google. You see 2 business names, ADT and some other one. The other one is a third party marketer. When they approach a customer they don't say I'm with Bulldog Market were here to sell you ADT. That's confusing as hell! You might also see four or five Taco Bells in your area. They're all probably owned by the same company, ABC Restaurants, but the sign says Taco Bell. This kind of arrangement is everywhere. Half of Oracle's marketing is made and published by A third party. But all you see is Oracle's name. The same goes with just about any marketing campaign. Companies typically pay other companies to market for them. Telemarketing is just a form of marketing. I also believe that after 2 days of working for a company and not yet receiving a paycheck does not qualify a person to say whether or not someone producing a scam. There is no proof in the claim just allegations. I hope that now the concept of third party marketing is understood. And at least that part of this "scam" can be put to waste. I am not an employee and never have been of Liberty Tower so I don't know about the other claims. But representing your company's client is not fraudulent and in fact may be expressly written in the agreement that they do not present themselves as anyone other than GE. You don't know, so don't assume.

We have been in business for over 8 years with over 20 years combined telemarketing & sales experience in our industry.

We are under contract with multi-million dollar companies who place ads on television daily. This is what makes your job

so much easier when you are representing these companies over the phone. We ask for your social security # for tax

purposes just like any other company in the world. If you do not wish to give your banking information for direct deposit,

that is your choice. We would mail you out a check to the address on your application however most people prefer

direct deposit as you receive your paycheck alot quicker. 

Just like you do not know who we are, we do not know who you are. You could be a competitor. We do not divulge our

trade secrets until after we have received your paperwork back. Then, we send you out a 2nd detailed tutorial video that

shows you exactly how to download the predictive dialer software to your computer & how to work the dialer from home.

For example, how to disposition the calls, how to pull up all the scripts that you will be calling on

behalf of. Rebuttals & more pertinent information are also sent to you along with the payscale in writing.

(Another reason why our company name does not pull up on google as we are pitching all of the companies we do

business with over the phone & using their credible websites). We have gone to great lengths to secure & have a

successful running money making business.

We have over 100 agents all working from home earning a nice living. We do not have a lot of turnover as most people

stay with us for years. We have a few spots left on the 10-4 & 4-10 PM EST shifts. We currently write well over 800

sales in any given week so suffice it to say we are extremely busy.

This is one of the few opportunities that exist that you do not have to ask for credit card#'s what so ever. We don't ask for social secuirty#'s either. You give everything away for free & make allot of money doing it.

If it would make you feel more comfortable, you do not need to send us your s.s# or any other personal information

if you do not want to. We just need the application filled out & the non-compete compliance agreement signed & we

can get you started. Then once you log onto our system, start writing sales & see the money being made,

then you would give us your social security# next week. We just can't pay you without it. Despite what you thought

about our company, we realize where you are coming from as you do need to be careful who you do business with &

you’re smart for being cautious. But not to worry, we are a reputable company are in business for the long haul.

 This rebuttal was created in response to the disgruntled employee who filed this ridiculous & false report only after 2 days of working & then quit. I will address each & every false claim that he mentions. I would like to thank each & every person reading this report as it shows you are above average intelligence & attempting to do your research on a company which shows you are very smart for being cautious as you do have to be careful who you do business with. Regarding the claim of exploiting telemarketers, I find it extremely funny as we have been in business for over 8 years now & never have had a single person file this type of complaint so 1 person out of hundreds of employees over the last 8 years is a pretty good track record. First of all, the person that filed this complaint so it goes on record when anyone else googles his name is "Lee Sobel". Hopefully the google spiders will cache his name. Apparently this is not the 1st company he has bashed which I will share another rip off report link that he has filed on his previous employer which demonstrates a pattern of doing this same exact sort of thing. You get paid huge commissions for every customer that you schedule & installs a Home security system. The payweek runs Mon-Sat's installs you are paid the following Friday. Everything is OPEN book within our company meaning we email you your paysheet every Friday at 4:00 PM EST with a list of every customer you sent us with a status if they have installed, cancelled or rescheduled their installation Appt. We also give you the phone#'s to the customers so you could call them for referrals as we get a ton of these once the customer gets their system installed. We are selling GE equipment which is a great name brand you can trust & also Monitronics is the company monitoring the system which they have recenlty surpassed over 1 Million customers they monitor for. There is nothing deceptive about our script or any of our marketing materials. We give the system away at no charge. We also waive the installation & activation fee so how else would we be able to make any money other then the monitoring which is common sense but not for Lee Sobel. He just didnt get it. Some people are not cut out for sales. I recommend he go work at a publix or Home depot. Something that doesnt require too much thinking. At no time do we ever say the word WIN or WON in any of our marketing materials as he mentions in this report. We dont discriminate against anyone. All we ask if that you must speak clear english & have a high school diploma which I am sure this "Lee Sobel" does not. Assistant of extreme Campaigns of New Jersey, LLC. *See email below which states shes representing a different company but its the same deal...working on commission doing telemarketing regarding free GE alarm "give aways". See email below which comes from a gmail account not a domain as expected.
