Good luck all and a FYI-- I learned the hard way that when doing anything on the internet that requires bank info I look on this site first, then I print all pages for reference later OR for turning over to my state Attorney General. Most states have a separate department for Consumer Protection to direct your compaint and any additional info (such as prints) would help you out.
