LIBERTY WIRELESS HAS ABSOLUTELY SUCKED FOR AT LEAST THE PAST 18 MONTHS. DON'T USE THEM!!!! THEY HAVE HAD 2 SYSTEM 'UPGRADES' IN THE PAST 18 MONTHS AND CONTINUE TO RENDER THEIR SUBSCRIBERS HELPLESS. CUSTOMER SERVICE NOW SPEAKS ENGLISH, BUT STILL DISCONNECTS CUSTOMER SERVICE AND REFUSES TO RESOLVE THEIR INTERNAL ISSUES AND INSTED RENDERS THEIR CUSTOMERS WITH USELESS CELL PHONE SERVICE. THEY NO LONGER ALERT A PERSON BEFORE THEY DISCONTINUE SERVICE, WEBSITE DOES NOT WORK TO VERIFY MINUTES, THEY WILL NO LONGER PROVIDE DETAILED USAGE MINUTES (SO THEY BASICALLY TELL YOU THAT THE MINUTES, WHETHER THEY ARE OR NOT, ARE USED AND CUT OFF THE PHONE WITHOUT LETTING THE PERSON KNOW), AUTOMATIC PAYMENTS DON'T WORK - THEY DON'T AUTOMATICALLY KEEP YOUR SERVICE RUNNING AFTER HAVING YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION ON FILE. WHAT A SCAM!!! INFERIOR SERVICE, INFERIOR COMPANY. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE!! DON'T BUY THEIR LAME EXCUSES, THEY AREN'T DOING ANYTHING ABOUT FIXING EVERYTHING THAT IS VERY BROKEN WITH THEIR SERVICE.
