After being lied to as to the time frame to receive a replacement cellphone that I ordered, I decided to change wireless carriers. I had ordered the phone 3/7/03, they deducted the money from my account 3/10/03 and I FINALLY received the replacement phone from Liberty Wireless 4/14/03.

I had no need of this phone since I had changed carriers 3/21/03 and sent the phone back 4/15/03 via UPS as per their instructions. It has been verified they received the merchandise back on 4/18/03. I called 4/25/03 and spoke with Sandy. Nothing had been done about providing me a refund of $75.20. She was to send an email and told me to wait 3-5 business days. I called 5/2/03 and spoke with Marlene. She said it normally takes 7-10 business days because they have a new vendor helping them with accounting.
I called 5/13/03 and spoke with Lori. She tells me Marlene's supervisor just looked at it today and sent it for processing and wait another 7-10 business days for the refund to show up in my account. I spoke with a line supervisor Amanda 5/13/03. She tells me Robert Goodman is the V.P. of Customer Service. I can send a complaint letter to the P.O. box listed above and the kicker is Mr. Goodman doesn't have a phone for anyone to call him or his secretary.

I am still sitting here without a refund and have been given an additional runaround without any guarantee to receiving a refund. It is frightening that Mr. Goodman who is in charge of Customer Service for this wireless carrier doesn't have a phone for anyone to call and register a complaint.
