I was rejected by the cell phone carrier I applied with and got an unsolisited approval from Liberty for 2 phones.

I immediately called to cancel the sales rep asked me to try it out for 30 days if I wasn't pleased I could return the phone. After less than a week I hated the phones. The reception was terrible.

I called to cancel and was told that I could not because I had gone over the 15 minute alloted time. I was never told about this and we discussed the account in detail. Or at least I was lead to believe. Because another reason I didn't want the phone in the first place is that I didn't want it put on my charge card monthly. If I had known about the 15 limit I would have never accepted because that can be used in one day.

I then asked to speak to a supervisor who was no help. She wanted me to mail a letter but I wanted faster action. She the gave me bogus email address that after 5 days sent me back an email stating that they could not help me I need to send a letter.

I did and got a "Sorry but nope" letter back. Since then I have been sent two more phones and my credit card has been charged again. I have again tried to send an email. Their box is full so I faxed it and asked someone to contact me. No word. Today I get an email they have again charged my credit card for monthly fees. That I was told would never happen. I don't think that I should be penalized for canceling out of this TOTALLY Fraudulent company.

STAY AWAY! No one in this company knows a thing.
