Complaint Review: Liberty Wireless - Freeze Communications - Inphonic

Bought a InPhonic phone order through Freeze communications. The company supplying the phine is Liberty Wireless. Charge the correct amount up front but sent defective merchandise. Has not been corrected after 4 phone calls to them, and me being told it would be on the way. They sent me a second phone and charged my charge account, this I did not request, and I sent it back. This has been 3 weeks ago and no reply!

Never is a supervisor truthful with the customer, and all are appologetic however still a thief is a thief!

I have been requesting a supervisor for three days and they are all busy to talk!

I guess I learned a valuable lesson! Ripped Off!
