We recieved our phone on 05/26/2004 have had 4 instances lasting 5-6 days each of no service due to carrier according to Liberty. Recently the phone lost connection with carrier service (out of range)and would not pickup any signal all other functions worked just no signal. We called Liberty and was told to send it in with the label that came in the box. We did so and when we called them a month later they said it was broken up and we had to send them a copy of the UPS shipping reciept.

It appears we have been had, we paid $89.00 for the phone and for airtime we could not use because the phone was broke. I would like to have people contact me and I will look for support for a class action lawsuit. I believe they have breached their contract in not providing the service that was paid for.
