Liberty Wireless ripoff Fraudulent Mail in Rebate BS Billing Sucky Customer Service 3rd World Company Nationwide Internet

I bought a Liberty Wireless phone a Month ago and was promise a mail in rebate (with advertisement). When I received the phone 2 weeks ago there was no mail in rebate and the customer service was everlastingly. So now my credit card has been billed with these 1-877-898-3107 for $53.00. Now Liberty has disconnected the phone after charging my account have used the phone 3 times in two weeks due the hideous reception.

Every time I make an attempt They are experiencing a high volume of calls at 8 a.m. I urge everyone to file a complaint with their local Better Business Bureau & the FCC. I want to send my phone back but I don't want to face the artificial early $150.00 termination fee.
