We received an email on Sunday, August 14 from Wirefly advertising special cell phone deals from Liberty Wireless. One deal was 1000 anytime minutes for $45.

When visiting their website (www.libertywireless.com) this was changed to 800 anytime minutes for $45. We attempted to call but their customer service was closed on Sunday.

We then visited their website today, Monday, August 15 and still saw the 800 minutes for $45 advertised on their website. If you visited www.libertywireless.com/low_rates.aspx however it still advertised the 1000 anytime minutes for $45.

We called them and anyone we spoke with, specifically Bianca and Mark, were unhelpful and clearly working off a call center script. They refused and got rude when we asked for a supervisor. Mark even commented that he would be happy to put us on hold for 10 minutes if we wanted. They were not willing to let us speak with a supervisor nor give us any names other then their own. These folks worked in the Largo, Maryland office.

We have screen shots of the website above etc.

My husband manages a call center and could not believe the service given from Libery Wireless.
