Complaint Review: libertysettlements

I was informed that this company will save me money$$$. when enrolled  they told me that I would be drafting my first payment within the first seven days Warning! Also i was told that my payments will be broken down into 36 months payments and they will notify my creditors.

when checking my account they took my money without my permission. i was very upset. when calling my so call rep she told me to call clinet services. i called them and the girl marie was so rude.

when ask why they took my money they claim that it had something to do with there system. what company you know have that many excuses. they are a scam from the time they call and leave the message til they finish there script. when investagating more on this company.

 i come to find out that they are a small group of lyers. when i ask farthermore about have anyone had a sucessful completion they said yes and i haven't had not one reference about who completed there program. anyone who's  sign with this company please please please don't waste time on the phone. i have cancelled because all of a sudden i call my rep and she doesn't work for the company anymore(with reason witheld)

and no one can answer my questions as to where my money went. any company that says the first four payments goes to them but tells you when speaking to that person that they is a moment of silence before they can settle your debt. is a scam......

so what i have decided to do is to is go public wit all debt settlements companys. i am so upset with this liberty settlements. i have hired a attorney and will have this company shut down really soon........
