I contacted Attorney Andrew Kevin Nicol via his gmail email account. I was successful in having my outdated License information removed from google search for free. It took a few days which I believe might be due to Andrew K. Nicol having to respond to thousands of emails. I never received an email response back from Attorney Andrew K. Nicol, but the info had been removed from google search. I read the consumer report where a group of Licensed workers in California submitted their creditionals and received a reply back from the Philippines with, "Moonis."
I hope that these Doctors and other Licensed workers are able to have their information corrected, removed and/or updated from Licensedirect.com by knowing now who really owns Licensedirect.com A few years ago, Attorney Andrew Nicol was interviewed by NPR media about how he intended to provide $40,000 apiece for South Americans to start up businesses in the United States. One must ask what the true motivation might be to have a group of people from Chile being indebted to Andrew K. Nicol because of the way in which Attorney Andrew K. Nicol was able to persuade some people in the Philippines to write reponses back to Licensed professionals in the United States.
On December 16th, Attorney Andrew K. Nicol retweeted a comment from Licensedirect.com in a very secret way on his Twitter account in not wishing to reveal he was the owner of Licensedirect.com. By retweeting a quote from Licensedirect.com, I believe Andrew Nicol would give the Licensedirect.com website a social boost. Attorney Andrew K. Nicol received his law degree at Harvard Law School and according to the State Bar in New York became first registered at the New York bar in 2009. To file a complaint against Attorney Andrew Kevin Nicol contact the New York State Bar. A person holding a degree from Harvard Law School one would believe would be better behaved in not engaging in fraud, misrepresentation, deceptive business tactics, etc....
It is no wonder why the Licensed working community felt a desperate need to have their creditionals be corrected and/or updated because a Harvard Law Degree is to a certain extent is recognizable power, influence and to a certain extent basically telling the rest of us what to think. Although Alumni and students from Yale University might state that Harvard law students and Alumni are not power, influence and cannot and do not tell the rest of us what to think. Attorney Andrew K. Nicol specialized in hiding businesses and keeping a business owner name private. Attorney K. Nicol even developed, "Clickwrapped." a website dedicated to privacy.
I read a report on Andrew Nicol on Consumer Rip off and how Andrew Nicol also owned businessprofiles.com The website designs of both businessprofiles.com and licensedirect.com are very much the same. The host for both websites are located in Scotsdale, Arizona. Licensedirect.com is listed as having a private business owner on the host website. I disageree with the reasons why and how a business owner is alloowed to keep private that he/she is the owner of a business. I don't believe the reason is to fight spam emails, but I believe it because the activities of the business owner if made known would cause that indivudal to not be trusted. I recently read a book by a Journalist, Linda Linhout, who wrote, "A Big House in the Sky."
Linda Linhout had been kidnapped in Africa and repeatedly raped and tortured. In Linda's new book, she (Linda Linhout) writes that one of her kidnappers had been admitted to New York State University. AttorneyAndrew K. Nicol is from South Africa. Attorney Andrew K. Nicol went to school in Australia and also at Harvard University. With all the elite status that Attorney Andrew K. Nicol was brought up with, one would ask how is it possible that Attorney Andrew K. Nicol would have so much hatred toward the U.S. citizens in deliberately making Licensed professionals get answers from the Phillipines with, "Moonis." attached?
Often times, sleazy businesses that do not act in good faith of the law will often hide or try to hide Ownership of their business. Andrew K Nicol also has a Linkedin account, Twitter account and several other social media websites. I also dislike how Attorney Andrew K. Nicol is open about owning Trip Expert.com, Everylodge, Argues, Dbook, but deliberately had been secretive about owning Licensedirect.com I hope this helps all the hardworking Licensed professionals who have had to answer to their clients and/or patients about why their status for the State Licensure is different on Licensedirect.com from what the State Board can verify.
If you are having trouble in getting your information on Licensedirect.com removed, updated and/or corrected, then you can file a complaint against Attorney Andrew K. Nicol at the New York State Bar. You can also send a written request certified return receipt to Attorney Andrew K. Nicol's business address obtained by the New York State Bar in New York at: 125 E. 17th St. Apt 52, New York, New York, 10003. This business address is also the business address that Attorney Andrew K. Nicol uses for his Dbook business. Attorney Andrew K. Nicol could be out in society dedicating his knowledge to helping for noble causes, but instead chose to misuse his Legal knowledge to commit fraud (in my opinion).
I certainly hope that transparency in who owns Licensedirect.com will result in Licensedirect.com acting in good faith of the law and making necessary corrections, updates etc... on the website entitled, "Licensedirect.com."
