I purchased a cd-backstreet boys-greatest hits through www.half.com..it skipped every song so i sent it back..they said that they got it and that it was not their cd..I sent them proof that it was theirs...they never sent me a replacement..I filed a complaint with half.com and ventures told them I never sent the cd back to them -case closed....I checked their customer ratings and found that alot of people were ripped off..they sell under the name HITMENOW-HALF....
