Owning mulitple properties in the same community since the 80's, I have never had one complaint and the exterior (common areas) have always been well maintained. That is, until the board just hired Lieberman.

This company has been a nightmare. The property manager is sarcastic, arrogant and irresponsible. The customer service people will leave you with the impression that they care but will do absolutely do nothing other than be a glorified receptionist. Why is that? Because the property managers do not speak with you! Not once have I received a return call, afgter leaving mulitple messages on several occasions.

The property has never looked so bad. This company is a "bottom feeder" (they basically get the accounts that can't afford the REAL Property Management companies.) so that's what they hire to do the maintenance work..low lifes!

I have seen Lieberman rebutt complaints on this ste as well as others. They say the same thing over and over..call the property mgr or customer service. That's the point...they don't help and don't care! And have you noticed that none of the rebutts are not signed by a name? Lieberman's management hides! Not one can be reached to speak to.

I have just turned our case over to the corporate attorneys and they are going to handle them and the board for the failure to comply with the responsibilities of a board and management company.

Do yourself a HUGE favor...stay far away from this bottom feeder of a company! You will save money in the long run if you go with a real Property Management Co.

Note...watch the reply..."We at Lieberman, care.......bla bla bla". Tell ya what, just post an actual General (not property) manager's name, address and phone number for all to see. And, if they don't, as soon as they are served and we begin with our suit, I will post the names of record myself!

As expected!

As expected, Lieberman has posted a rebuttal with no individual name to caontact. I intentionally did not include specific information and i will not in this format. My post is a personal warning not to use your company.

As far as the actual details, your company has been contacted over a dozen times with messages for the property manager, her supervisor (I believe she was referred to as the district manager), and her supervisor. Not one return call. During one call, your highly trained customer service (first line of defence) representative promised that she would follow up and make sure I would receive a return call. Never heard from her as well.

I am trying to keep this as general as possible. If you want me to pubically reveal names, upload photos and correspondence with Lieberman showing inconsistancies, failure to respond, and deteriorating properties, just let me know. But, I don't think you want to do that! Hence, the reason for asking for a name to contact since your highly trained CS failed to release this information. It is interesting that regardless of detailed information or not, you continue to not post an actual name to contact. Plus, the email you posted is your highly trained customer service. No one of authority as requested.

Who are you kidding? My point is once again made clear. You do not allow anyone to reach any individuals other than your highly trained customer service who by the way, let's make this clear, are nothing more than receptionists. Each and every conversation I have had the highly trained customer service has been, " I will forward your information to the property manager and have her look into this". After mentioning that I do not receive calls the reply is, "I have no control if they call you back or not".

Once again, Property Owners, based on owning properties for over 20 years, and dealing with numerous management firms, stay away from Lieberman!

More Information Needed

We want to assure you that we do want to help, and we do care, but you provided no specific information and until you provide your name, property, and specific problems you're experiencing instead of general complaints and terms, we have no choice but to respond with "Please call our Resident Services line..."

That being said, we'd like to let you know that all of our Resident Services representatives are trained and fully qualified to answer your questions and help you with document requests or work orders, etc. They are the first point of contact between you and your Property Manager.

If a situation does call for getting the Property Manager involved, he/she should act professionally and provide you with quality service, so if you did not experience this, we'd like to explore the situation further. But again, we cannot take any action without knowing more specific information.

We also try to take great care in the vendors that work at our properties and it's important for us to know if they are not doing quality work at your property. Again you provided no specifics about the vendor that you're having problems with, and we'd like to know this. We do encourage you to speak with your Board members and voice your complaints about the vendor at your next Board meeting, because the Board has the final say and decision in which vendors do work at your property.

If you would like to provide these specifics and allow us to help you, feel free to e-mail mktg@lmsnet.com and we can forward it to someone who can help you directly.

Thank you.
