Complaint Review: Life Points on-line surveys

Life Points took over from MySurvey.com last year. A month ago, I accessed my Life Points account and forgot to disconnect my Bitdefender VPN. After logging in and completing surveys and accumulating points for rewards, I tried to log back in later and found that my account was locked out. I sent numerous requests to find out why this happened to no avail.

Yesterday, I received a response from Life Points accusing me of FRAUD and consequently lost all of the points that I had accumulated over the past few months. I went to great lengths explaining to these folks that I was a member for 10+ years and mistakenly forgot to disconnect the VPN. Life Points could care less, did not have any interest in what I had to say and said they could terminate my account for any reason.

They also mentioned they had overwhelming evidence of my fraudelent activity. The fact I was a member 10+ years did not matter. Life Points is a terrible organization and I would tell anyone who is thinking about signing on with these SCAM artists to forget it.

Companies like this should be shut down.
