I signed up for their medical alert systems, first it came without any instructions on long to charge how it works nothing.  I had called a couple of times to tell them I no longer needed the equipment but was somewhat bullied into keeping the equipment.  Upon entering the hospital I went to live with my son, being out of work I could not pay the monthly premuim of 39.99.  So what did they do, they took what they could and waited until they could take more.  I received no communication from them as to if the equipment was not returned they would charge my account.  Actually when I first signed up they said the equipment for free.  They took $479.88 out of my account and still has not refunded my money.  I have had to call them everyday and will be calling today again to find out when my money will be refunded.  They said it takes 3-5 days to get my money back but it did not take them 3-5 days to go into my account.  Never give companies such as these your account numbers. Never.  I will file a small claims report if my funds are not received by Friday August 25, 2017
