I paid for the12 months Numerology reports sent to my email daily--but when I paid $40.00 for the 12 reports--I did not receive any "LifeAnswers" since the first 2-3 days of receipt.  I emailed and called the company--but have not heard back from them.  I think this is a "Scam"--since they guarantee "money-back"--but when I emailed them, and called them--there is no response.  I feel like I have been "ripped-off".  There is no integrity here--what can one do?  but make a "RipoffReport".

I also received letters on a daily basis from life-answers.com after asking for a free numerology reading on March 22nd. They were getting very intense as to signing up, because I would benefit from what I would learn. After checking other sites they also mentionned that things would be changing very soon for the better. So I gave $40. US to life-answers on March 29th, 2013, 8 am  through paypal.

Usually when you pay for a service of this type you get a received message and soon receive a link to get your paid for reading, but nothing, no reply, no answer, no confirmation. Getting back from work that Friday, thought for sure I would have an e-mail with my confirmation and a link, but no, nothing from life-answers.com.

What to do? I did not start to jump just yet though. Looking through the site found how to contact them. Wrote an explanitory letter letting them know that I had a confirmation from paypal for my payment but had not received anything from them and would very much like to enjoy what I had paid for, and sent it with no threats or whatever.

One hour goes by and still nothing. I decide to google Jill Saint James to see if maybe there is another way to get my subscription. To my surprise I see her name associated with the ripoff report. Wow, now I start to jump. I read different reports from six or seven peoples that have not received their subscription after paying for them.

I see some that have tried to get in touch with life-answers.com on several attemps to no avail.
I figure that I too had been scammed, and it is a terrible feeling, especially when you are down on your luck and sometimes a little good news of something good approaching in ones life is what is needed to help motivate and add a possitive outlook to ones life and not give up!

To the one who wrote that people are idiots to believe that stars have nothing to do with the outcome of life needs to reflect on his thoughts. I was a nightime cabby for a few years. My best nights of fares and meeting crazy wild fun people were always on a full moon. Month after month, year after year. Ask any night time taxy drivers that work when a full moon is out and be surprised by what they answer. Open your closed mind, you have alot to learn!

So I decide to go to paypal and stop the payment. As I am writing my report, guess what pops in my mail??

Yes, the link to my subscription. Wow, and I was going to do what to life-answers.com? Instead of giving them a little more time I was going to make a report to paypal and this would of probably created many problems for life-answers.com.

So now what to do???

Lets start out by re-triing your demand without using profanities and being calm. All I did was ask for my paid report please, got it two hours later.

Maybe tell them in the contact us tab at the bottom of the site page the info about when you paid , how, and tell them about your confirmation of payment with an invoice number and that you simply want to enjoy what you have paid for.

It can only be a computer problem because if you check the few peoples in two years that have experienced this problem it cannot be a scam, plain and simple.

Good luck to all that have experienced this problem, and rest assured you can get your report without having to use profanities, threats or whatever.

I got mine and decided to reply here because of the pain I felt when I thought I got scammed seeing this here on ripoff reports. There was actually no need to feel scammed at all. These complaints feel unwarranted. Life-answers.com is not a scam, plain and simple.
