Complaint Review: Lifebooker

Lifebooker Wouldn't refund my money for a deal that I couldn't redeem, Internet

After attempting several times to redeem a deal for dance classes and not being able to do so, I contacted Lifebooker for a refund in the following email:

"I've tried 3 times to redeem my loot for 5 zumba/belly dancing classes. The organization that runs the classes keeps changing class times without any warning. The schedule on their website is wrong and when I try to contact them I either don't get a response or I learn that class is being held at an inconvenient time (aka while I'm still at work). Twice I have shown up to the studios either to learn that the class doesn't start for another hour or began 30min ago."

I had to follow up several times to even get a response from them.  They were trying to contact the dance company to confirm my complaint but would come back saying: the dance company doesn't know what you're talking about so we won't refund your money.

The back and forth went on for about a month (From Dec 29 - Jan 26) at which point they refused to refund my money for the unusable loot Their customer service is terrible and the coupons they sell are unusable.
