Consumers Beware of Deceptive Practices. Wish I had checked them out on Ripoff before ordering. As others have said it is a "Free Trial," they only call it "No Money Down Trial." No where on their website do they give you the bad news until they get your credit card info that besides the cost of the "trial" plus shipping totalling $4.25, you will be instantly billed $189. Nor do they give you the regular price - found that on Amazon.

Apparently they are getting calls as their recording mentions the pending charge on your credit card being there to protect from fraud. So they know what you're calling about when you do call to scream about the charge. It is pending on my checking account so I cannot use it.

Told them I felt this was a scam and didn't want to deal with them nor even try their product. They said I could refuse it when it arrives and I said then they could say they never received it back to refund my monies. Guess I will have to pay to ship it back so I have tracking proof they received it and this is what all others should do.

Someone on Ripoff said they required it back in five days. When I checked with another person in their Chat on their site, she said Ripoff Reports was a ripoff and that information wasn't corect.  I said no where on the site I ordered from said anything about being billed up front for the product, nor did they even give a price. She said the policy was on the page in bold under credit card. There is no way to get back into it if you've already ordered the "trial" and if it had been in bold, I certainly would have seen it.

I made the request with the first person to cancel my order. My credit union said for me to check this weekend to see if it has gone from pending to being charged. If it goes to charge, they will try to dispute it. I will see how this goes and long it takes. Some companies keep your money as long as possible (banks call that a "float") so they can make interest on it in the meantime. Possibly I will update this next week when I see what those results are. I am to receive the "trial" on Monday.

Regarding return shipping - we never advise that the product has to be back within a certain time frame. Also, if the package is refused, the original tracking number can be used to track it which we have on file. We only ask for the tracking number if the customer does NOT refuse the package and sends it back via a different carrier.
