While researching on the Internet for a good face cream, I found a web site that gave the top 3 in customer reviews.  When I clicked on the top one listed, the sight took me directly to the " free sample", offer where it was indicated that I only had to pay the  shipping which was around two dollars.   There wasn't much more information about the product itself, and I couldnt find anywhere that indicated the price (which I found frustrating) but hey it's "free" right?  After using the product for about 2 weeks I  thought I saw a difference in my skin,  not trusting my own observation, I once again looked to the internet seeking consumer reviews, if they back my  pesonal observations, I was going to put in a order before I ran out!  Well  the first review I read stated it was a scam to charge you for the "free sample".  The second one  told about after being charged for the "free sample" the company automatically signed them up for a monthly payment of around 145.00.  By this time I got scared.   What did I get myself into.  I called the  company right away, as I was now close to the end of this so called 30 trial.  My call was answered by a " Cory", he asked how could he help me, so I asked him about the $185 charge to the account after 30 days and he said "yes".  I told him well then I need to return this product, at that point he became extremely indignant and then had nerve to ask why I was returning it.  Big mistake on his part,  I let him know I did not like there business practices,  he disagreed and went on to lecture me that their web site "clearly states" the free trial policy that "I" signed up for.  The conversation ended shortly after that, as I told him to have a nice day, which was not even close to what I was actually thinking.  Long story short, I paid $30.00 for 2nd day shipping to get  it the within the 30 day period.  We'll see what happens.  Had I been able to see how much the actual product cost, there is no way I would have even  sighed up for their "free sample", knowing full well I could never afford to pay that!  Bad business practice!

I heard about this product and went to the website. I saw the "try it free for 30 days" I read the conditions and it clearly states you will be charged if you dont return it within the 30 days. I don't see why you think it takes nerve to ask a customer why they want to return the product. Thats how they get information they need to retain customers. Even if it is because you cant afford it . If enough people say they cant afford it and sales are not growing they usually will lower costs to gain repeat business.

I see no problem with this company as everything is clearly spelled out on their site. You can see "free trial" and confuse it with "free sample" !
