I ordered a free sample for the shipping and handling charge of $4.50. Lifekey charged my credit card $69.95 and refuses to refund the money.
I called their toll free number for customer service (1-866-985-9040) and when I made my request they said they were not refunding anything and hung up the phone. My bank gave me a number of one of their executives (1-408-942-8693)this person refuses to talk to me or answer my phone calls or e-mail.
