Complaint Review: Lifekey

After responding to the free offer I was told that it would take 60 more days to work.

I ordered and they did not come. Called they did not receive the order. Reordered (10-7-03)and told them do not use this account again that I would call if I wanted to continue (This is on their records).

They (Pills) did not work and I never called back. Then I get a Non-sufficent funds notice from this account which at the time had $6.94 in it. It was Lifekey reordering without authorization.

I call them and wanted to know why. They said I was in some program and they had the right to do this even though they have on their computer not to use that account. If I was on a program it is strange that I was out for two months. They would not stop the transaction nor refund the money.

They said if I return the pills they would give me back part of the money back. But all I have is a P.O. Box address. I will i know if they recieved them and give me back my Money?
