I purchased the product. The salesperson explained that they would automatically renew my order in 2 months and bill my credit card. I declined and stated that I did not want to be automatically renewed and/or billed. I was informed that all I had to do was cancel prior to the 60 days and I would not be. I asked why I could not order and cancel at the same time? I was told that I could....my account would be flagged as cancelled.

Now, I just received my credit card statement with a new billing for the next order. The order has not arrived, but I have been billed for it. When I contacted the company to clear up their mistake, I was informed that they will mail me out a refund package and I may or may not receive a refund once I mail it all back in.

First of all, reputable companies would have just sent a credit to my credit card company, and either stopped the shipment or provided my with a Return Authorization Number to return the product.

Second, I feel that I was lied to by the salesperson in the first place. I would not have placed the order if I had not been told I would not be re-billed. I never want my credit card transactions to be open ended! It sounds to me like a scam to get access to peoples credit cards.
