I ordered the Enzyte product just to see what it was. It was a free sample so I called the customer service number and ordered the free sample. I had to give my credit card to them to pay for the shipping. I told them during this first phone call that I did not want to be placed on an automatic shipment of their product. I just wanted to evaluate the one sent to me.

Imagine my surprise when I received a second bottle (charged to my credit card). I call the Customer Service number and was told rudely that I needed to complete a form located on www.berkley.com (it didn't take me to the companies website 0 www.96shoes.com does). They stated they could not cancel it over the telephone and I had to go to the website.

I finally found the form, however, they again want my credit card number. Do they think that everyone who orders this product is ignorant enough to give them their credit card again? Also, the website indicates that you can "easily cancel anytime by calling...". They should tell their employees that.

They say they do not make refunds or accept returned items, but when they have been told explicitly not to send it to me. I am sending a letter to my credit card requesting a charge back to the company for shipping merchandise not ordered. We'll see what happens.

Don't let this happen to you. This is not a company you want to provide with your credit card information or address.
