After reading about Lifekey Healthcare's deceptive practices on the web, I wanted to be sure I did not receive any further shipments from the company. I called their "customer care" number to make sure my "subscription" was cancelled, and Kevin, the gentleman on the phone assured me it was cancelled and that I did not need any confirmation of any kind.

Sure enough, the end of November, the dishonest jerks shipped another shipment and hit my credit card again. When I called to complain, they will not let you talk to the billing department, and stated that they "might" credit the card. This is a dishonest company that will not even clean up their own mistakes.

I encourage anyone having problems with them to close your credit card being used for the billing and have your credit card company reissue you a new card with a new number.

Dispute the existing charges and file complaints with the better business bureau. Call their office twenty times a day and make yourself a pain in their a** until they give you credit.

Lifekey has since refunded the shipment fee to my credit card.
