Lifkey Healthcare aka "Enzyte" is also using deliberate deception through their advertising by boasting a 92% reorder rate. I guess that would be correct since it is very difficult to contact their "Customer Care" dept and cancel any future orders.

I tried for over a week, several times a day, from 8am to 9pm with no luck. Finally, after days of trying I did get a "Customer Care" representative on the phone who, after taking my info, told me that they could not refund my money on any product that was already charged.

I explained to him that i did go to the website and removed myself from their "Established Customer Program" and have been trying to contact them by phone for over a week, he all but called me a liar and said that the product had already been charged.

According to their own booklet that accompanies the product, I will recieve a new shipment approximately 5 days before my current supply runs out,. I still have 19 caplets left. How would they know when to ship my next batch without my authorization...

All in all, this is just bad business practice. I am going to contact my bank to see if this could be some sort of consumer fraud.
