LIFEKEY HEALTHCARE ripoff fraud business CINCINNATI OHIO
My husband wanted to try Enzyte so we ordered the one month free trial which I authorized them to charge my credit card for the shipping and handeling. before the month was over they had billed my debit card and caused an overdraft on my checking account. I did not order any more of this product. Only the month free trial. It did not work for my husband either. I live on a fixed income and this has caused problems.

Change that debit card number!
#2Consumer Suggestion
Fri, July 11, 2003
Lifekey is such a classic "Rip-off", just read the other reports here. I hope that by now you have changed that debit card account number, because they will continue to withdraw a fee on a monthly basis, if you do not.
Mail them a WRITTEN letter, keeping a copy for yourself, resigning all contact, membership, or purchases from them. Specify that they are NOT to withdraw any more funds, and were not give your permission. Include a refund request and offer to return the product. You might want to make them sign for it, because they might claim you never mailed them anything.
The problem is they have done a terrible job of telling their customers---this is a subscription purchase. When you purchase this product, you're not just buying one shipment. You're buying into a monthly shipment and payment, similar to a book club.
Hope you get your refund.
