Loan of $2000 was given to Rocky Costanzo and Roy Thomasson to create Surfcity International Film Festival. Festival was a bust so both of these idiots feel the loan doesn't need to be repaid per agreement.

They collected fees on their website for 2 months after event had been canceled without letting any of the filmmakers know.

These 2 still have their websites up and running and are still collecting fees for an event that will never happen. I had control of the domain names until DomainBank decided to let them have the names even though they were registered under my name.

I have no control over the scam at this time. Filmmakers beware!! The city has not and will not ever allow this event to take place.
