Complaint Review: LIFELOCK INC.

On 05/19/2008 I signed up with lifelock thinking what a great way to prevent fraud. So I get an email stating you should revieve a copy of all three credit reports in 6-8 weeks. Guess what? Never got a letter from any of the credit bereaus stating a request had been made by Lifelock on my behalf.

I called and the customer service represenative could only say I am sorry, now that is some kind of customer service.

So do not waist your time or money, the company is a giant fraud gimmick that I am reporting to the Federal Trade Comission for false advertisement and the inability to complete the service as promised.
