I was on Lifelock on their 60-day guarantee trial basis. I chose the basic plan and paid the fee monthly. I had no problems with their service, and they did some of what they promised. However, after the trial ended, I canceled due to finances. When I got my bank statment, I'd been charged for another two months. They did credit the fee but it shouldn't have happened. When I first began the trial, I was promised a free document shredder. Their rep.even asked for my shipping address. No shredder ever arrived and I was informed that I must still be a member and have paid an annual fee! The first representative never said that. The second representative did not even try to keep my business. He said basically, sorry bout your luck but you're not getting the shredder. I'd thought about resuming my membership in a few months, but forget it now. They don't keep their promises and don't give out the proper information.
