I bought their Infrared Quartz Heater  model#ZCHT1001US from Home Depot back in December. It came with a one year limited warranty. I used it for approximately a month and suddenly the fan stopped working and then the unit over heated and melted the fan and the filter cover. I have sent an email and tried calling the company a number of times. No response from the email which was sent through their website and no return calls. When I called their technical support number, provided on the front cover of the owner's manual, I only get forwarded to a place to leave a voice mail.

 

Avoid this company.
