Lifestorage Company lied to me. Houston Texas
I had a Lifestorage unit I had signed over to my daughter before I left the state. The paperwork had a mistake on it and the store didn't accept it.
Lifestorage never let me know that I was delinquent, a thing they should have done since they told me my name would be off of it and my daughter's name would be on it.
To complicate things further, I just went and paid the storage. Then, when I came back home, I called for the code to get in. They wouldn't give it to me over the phone or even e-mail it to me.
These people don't care about the customer -- don't do business with them.
