Complaint Review: Lifestyle family fittness

Please beware that lifestyle family fittness does not honor their cancellation policy. I cancelled on october17 was told I would get one more bill then the upfront fees would cover the last month, low and behold I got billed the second month as well. When I called I was told I was wrong and that the letter I received stated it as well, which it did not. They managed to get another $60 from us, hope they enjoy it it is the last money of mine they will ever see! Too bad, I liked the gym but their loss in the end.
