Complaint Review: Lifestyles Hacienda Vacation Club

It's hard to describe how deceptive this company is. They lure you in with the great Crown Villas yet once you bought you cannot reserve another vacation in a Villa. They always tell you they don't have availability but when they are selling you the "Platinum" membership they tell you you will always have availability and being Platinum you trump all the other memberships. I still have not been able to reserve another Villa after many failed attempts.

They also tell you they will buy your existing Timeshare and you won't have to worry about maintenance fees again. This was appealing as I was paying $900/yr for my Timeshare in Hilton Head. I thought this was a done deal until guess what, I received a bill for my Timeshare maintenance fee. When I contacted them they told me they had never hear of LHVC and I indeed still owned the Timeshare and maintenance fee.

I could go on and on about this company. They should wear a bandanna and wield a gun the way they rip you off.

If there are others out there that know how to go after these con artists to get the large sum of money paid to them back please contact me.
