Complaint Review: Lifestyles Vacations Hotels Puerta Plata

My husband and I went to Lifestyles in June 2011 and were lured into joined this, what we thought, to great vacation club.  NOTE:  i never get drawn into listening to timeshares, etc on vacation.  But they lured us in just like i see they did with so many others.  exact same way, liquor, promises of investment opportunities, etc.  They even gave us extra incentivies if we paid for our agreement IN FULL.  Hoping to have made a great investment that we would create a great website and have a nice perk to our traveling which we do often and also start saving for our future, we DID IT.  They even pointed out a guy who was supposedly an attorney and was currently making alot of money off of his investment.  Needlesstosay i've realized that this isn't an investment and we need to get out of this agreement.  After doing much research I see how many people have been lured in the same way.  Has anybody had success in getting out of their contact and getting their money back?  if so, can you offer info on HOW?  It would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks!
