Complaint Review: Lifetime fitness spa

Hi my wife went In to life time spa to get a blow out! While the lady was blowdeing her hair my wanted to look in the mirror the stylist man handled it and turned it the other way. She told her at the can you please put more volume ? The stylist reply no with a additude ! My wife wanted to pay and leave . So she heads to the front desk a lady name Kara is there she pays . After she pays she's replays did you enjoy your service my wife said yes but next time I would like more volume ! Kara tells her leave before I call security on yo everyone hates nobody wants you here this was my wife's first time there it made no sense !!! My wife was in tears of course ! She want to the manager he did nothing there was no justice my wife feels like she was In fear for her life. Kara was very aggressive and racist tords my wife !
