They will not honor their warranty. At all. I got ripped off, they said my blotchy house done 4 years ago is due to mold. Their product I was told, and is stated on their website resists mold and will not trap moisture. I have NO trees around my house, full sun exposure. They refuse to come out to see it, and Rick will not return your calls. The next step is getting a lawyer. I paid almost $10,000 for a less than expected job done by people who could not speak English except for the job foreman. My neighbors are stunned that my house looks like this!
