I ordered the trial and got laid off a couple of days later. The package came and I called to asked about returning it as I had not opened the products. A moisurizer that I did not order was enclosed with serum. I was informed I could not get a refund as the serum was FREE but the moisturizer as not and they needed to be used together.
Every dollar counts now and $30.00 for a product I did not order is outrageous. I still cannot find anywhere that says you have to get the moisturizer, and it is non refundable. I was told my card would not be charged for any other shipments. Do I believe them?
