Apologies for the length of this. I felt that current documentation regarding this company would serve to better inform readers of my experiences with this company and their less than desirable, ethical, and legal practices. Thank you.

This product has caused an outbreak on my face that requires ongoing physician care. Also, many items in the ingredients list are considered "toxic" by LM, TOXNET, etc. I am forwarding a sample to the FDA for consideration. Also, beginning on July 3, 2004, I requested my account be canceled... immediately following receipt of sample on 06/27/04.

I have requested cancellation for monthly auto-debit of 50.90 starting 07/03/2004 -- 09/25/04 (includes shipment for Oct. 2004) w/o results.

Again, and for the last time, I am requesting that you cancel my shipments immediately.

I have read your refund policy. I do not want credit.
Your products contain poisons, toxins and irritants that can be harmful to overall health and/or create skin problems that never existed prior to using Lift-Visage.

There are 2 misspells in the ingredients list that; when corrected, will show the true definition(s) of these toxins in addition to others as follows 1) yours - German EN -- Real - Germane (I) - usually mixed with propylene glycol (ingredient in antifreeze) in cosmetics -- causes eye and skin irritation for starters. 2) Salicylic Acid (yours) and real -- the same but = aspirin (= International Scientific Vocabulary, from acetyl + spiraeic acid (former name of salicylic acid) with no warning(s) for individuals who have preexisting allergies/sensitivities to aspirin. Also, topical application combined with ingestion by mouth of aspirin can increase the incidence of allergic reaction(s)/sensitivity. And, in many cases, toxicity.

I don't like the idea of injections with BOTOX (Botulinum Toxin Type A)

Nor, do I like applying poisons (most often found in pesticides), toxins, and the like to my skin that will be absorbed into my body system.

I have autoimmune disease which has it's own set of problems. The addition/use of Lift-Visage (as directed) has created a myriad of additional medical problems for me in general. Not including the sores/pustules and resultant scarring on my face.

For the fourth time ... cancel the automatic monthly shipments and subsequent "unauthorized" (as of 07/03/04 to present. Total = 4 debit(s) from my checking account.

I have all of the unopened packages here at my home.

Until I can verify the suite number, street address, etc., as the company known as Lift-Visage and/or Hot Products, I shall not return them.

Nor, shall I return these unrequested packages until I receive a written guarantee of full refund of unused product(s) (4 shipments) @$50.90 each. Total = $203.60 in the form of a money order, or cashier's check only payable to me -- ________.

After receipt, I shall return all four unrequested and unused packages via priority mail -- signed receipt requested. Return shipping to be paid at my expense.

Additionally, I want a statement in writing that the auto deductions from my checking account have been terminated as of a specified date.

I provided notice via "e-mail" to your company per instructions on the Customer Service page (http://www.lift-visage.com/company/customer-service.html) after receiving the initial sample that I paid $2.95 (S&H) for.

Also enclosed with the sample, was a poorly photocopied letter/signature (on plain paper with no company letterhead) to thank me for my interest and that my first shipment would arrive within 14 days after receipt of the sample. I immediately sent a cancellation request on July 3, 2004, to terminate further shipments and auto deductions.

My first (unrequested/unauthorized)shipment arrived approximately 6 days (not 14 days) after this.

By ignoring my initial and subsequent monthly requests, including (at this time) this fourth request... You Lift-Visage/Hot Products - The Company, It's Officers, Employees, and any other person(s) affiliated with the Internet marketing of Lift-Visage are using my debit card for fraudulent purposes and without my permission.

As stated prior, a copy of my findings re: ingredients (more extensive than listed here) is being sent to the FDA (even though their control re: regulation of cosmetics is at best, fair).

I am also forwarding this, and all prior documentation(s) of requests/correspondence with Lift-Visage/Hot-Products to the Cyber Crimes Unit of the GBI (GA Bureau of Investigation) my State of residence.

All documentation(s) shall also be sent to the Cyber Crimes Unit of the FBI as this involves interstate transaction.

The US Postal Service is receiving a copy/request for investigation for possible mail fraud on your part.

In addition, per their request, Corporate Headquarters at my banking institution is receiving a photocopy of this and all documentation of past correspondence(s), copies of auto-deducts, and copies of the fronts of the unopened packages (4).

You have 5 business days from receipt of this e-mail being sent 09/25/04, to respond to my request(s).

Time period for your response and appropriate action in accordance with my request(s) shall end at close of business 5:00p.m. EST 10/01/04. If nothing has been received by this date/time.. I shall have no recourse but to pursue this matter via legal means.
