I placed my order with Light In The Box on October 23, 2017 - with a 30-45 day delivery quote. Never received.

I placed several requests for a refund and each response from customer service was to blame the difficulties with shipping from China, and to wait another 30 days. Each response was repetitive of the same information (blame the shipping company) - boilerplate. Bottom line is always "wait another 30" or so days.

The last customer service response was that they would have to do an investigation into the whereabouts of the package before they could refund my money... another 1–2 months. This is a swindle, pure and simple. The company is scamming the public.
