First: the quality of clothes is poor.
Second: they claim 15% inventory costs when you send items back without mentioning this on their site.
Third: you need a number to send your items back within seven days, but don't expect to get that number. I got it after asking for it three times.
Fourth: if you send an order back, you do not get your money back.
 
I send my order back with registered shipment. Light in the Box received it November 4th, but they do not respond to tickets, other than the crap they say on here:
Please contact us with your order number at feedback so we can solve this problem for you as soon as possible.
Well, they don't solve anything. My money is gone.
I have been an online shopper for 15 years and never had an experience this bad. Just google them and you will see what a scam this merchant is. Wish I paid more attention to all the negative customer experiences on the internet regarding this dishonest company.
