Complaint Review: light up your dream

I'm having a hard time believing what I ordered is real virgin Brazilian hair..  The seller sent me hair with grays, color and plastic strings, extremely dry cuticles throughout the hair.  This is my first time ordering from this site and I promise I will never again.  This seller has 100% feedback score from 2 previous customers,yet I received very bad hair that I do not know what to do with it? he says I can't send it back and he can't give me any refund..  I've been in the Hair and Beauty industry for over 8 years and I've never experienced such bad service from a wholesaler.  I can not present this batch of hair to any of my clients!  What am I suppose to do with this hair after I washed and condition it with Keratin and Brazilian nut products and the hair is still bad..  The seller claims to be in business since 2004.  I would like to know more information about who he sells this product to and if they are experiencing the same problem with this hair?  I will continue to purchase hair from the UK and not this website because these sellers are very misleading and it is not fair to send me hair I cant use because it is so awful. I am highly disappointed I wasted 157.90 on this site.  This seller should have his account canceled or prove that others are satisfied with this hair by providing pictures of it and testimonials of the people who are actually wearing this hair..  I am not happy with his uncooperative behavior; he tells me I cant send it back and I can't get a refund but he can take my money?   He also sent me 2 bundles of 16inch for the price of 18 inches and promised before he shipped the goods I would get the $7.37 usd back for the length difference.. He never  made good on that promise and doesn't plan to give me back anything.  Never buy Brazilian hair from China!!  A mistake I will never make again!!
