We have had our hard earn money ripped off and we are literally left with a big hole! Doug and Brian Waugh of Lighthouse Pools and Spas are not returning calls or emails. The project is far from finished and we will have to hire another contractor to complete the work or fill in the hole. Do not use this company or individual. We received excellent references of professional and completed pool owners. We are blindsided!
