Lighting By Gregory Can't get results from customer service New York New York
June 30, 2008 I ordered a ceiling fan, a light kit and a remote control from Lighting by Gregory.
When my husband started reading the directions he realized that the remote control did not come with a receiver.
I contacted customer service to advise us what we needed to do. They sent this reply...
We have requested an RGA# and address from the manufacturer and will forward this information to you as soon as we receive it from the manufacturer so you may return one HT150-WH.
Here it is August 7, 2008 and we still have not gotten a RGA#.
In the mean time my husband called the remote control company direct and they said "they do not issue a RGA#, that is something Gregory will have to do.
I emailed Gregory customer service and related the message and we still have not gotten a RGA# and they will not answer my emails.
