Called my personal cell phone misleading me into thinking he represented my companies lighting needs. He wanted to confirm that I was the new contact and quote "i am going to go ahead and send out a box of the lights we always order from them". No contract, no PO number. I'm not authorized to purchase. 12 standard energy saving 'lamp style' screw in light bulbs arrive in my name, with no invoice, no bill, no return policy. We do not use or need these bulbs.
Week or two later a bill shows up for almost $600. The value of these 12 bulbs is less than $100. I immediately shipped all 12 bulbs ,unused back to the company. Using 2 day UPS. Have tracking number with verified arrival and signature on their end on December 21st. Now it's mid Janurary and they are claiming they have not received them still and continue to pursue my company for the bill.
