Complaint Review: Lightingonthenet.com

Lightingonthenet.com ordered 6 light fixtures at a great price from this company. Only 4 came in a box that had a packing slip saying all 8 fixtures were included. Tried contacting this internet only company but could no longer log onto their site -?? . Tried calling their 877 number multiple times over several days and get a recording saying they are closed for inventory. Internet

I ordered 8 light fixtures at a great price from lightingonthenet.com . The fixtures were on sale and I also got an extra 25% discount on these George Kovacs wall mount lights. The package came in a timely fashion. When I opened the box, the packing slip implied all 8 fixtures were included, but only four of the lights were sent. This was almost 4 weeks ago. I have been trying to contact the company to no avail. I can no longer log onto their website - the site is not allowing me access. When I call the toll free number (and I have tried multiple times over the past few weeks) I get a recorded message saying that they are unavailable as they are closed for inventory. Does anyone have any suggestions?
