This is a fraud it is so obvious! I ordered a big order, I had to cancel it and I let them know as soon as possible; 2 days later.
They never canceled the order, sent the stuff like they didn't know and then I had to send all the products back & never got refunded; plus I paid for the DHL. Needless to say I never opened or accepted the package just sent it back to DHL right away. They do not give you any information, there is no phone # and they answer days later.
They never gave me any instructions, and I kept questioning them about the procedure I had to follow but never got any answers. I found everything by myself after spending 2 hours on the phone with DHL. All they care is to sell, there is no actual customer service this website is a joke. Customers beware and call your bank, they have to get reported.
They keep saying that as soon as they receive the package you will get refunded, then deliberately do not answer your emails and then they close the order so when you enter to the history of your communication you cannot send another email because they lock it. So you have to be smart enough to start a new conversation so they see you do not give up.
It is typical fraud, they count on your patience & when you get tired they tell you ''ok we will refund you'' so people stop bother them, but they never actually do it; they just buy more time. Protect yourself and stay away from them, they are very slinky and they will take your money illegally because there is no actaul policy that their business is based on, it is all a big joke.

It has been a month and I am still waiting for the refund, the date of which I do not know because it was never determined from the website's representantive; Her name was Lauren.
