I thought I'd give this company a second chance after I received a product that was broken that took me 7 emails and 3 pictures to finally get a refund.

This second order was placed on 10/31/17, 30 days later it had not arrived and I notified the company. Received a standard reply, coming through customes, etc. and give it another 14 days. 60 days later still no product so my messages became more frequest. at the end of 90 days without a product my messaging became a daily habit. Through this entire process they keep talking about how good they are with customers, on and on but refused to refund my $16. Yes just $16! I finally did receive the product over 4 months later and they call that "good customer service"

Stay away from this company for your own mental health!
