My-pant set to wear for my son's wedding arrived wrinkled, in a wad, in a big, open plastic bag (not the dry-cleaner protective type but like a big open Zip-Loc bag) with a stinky, strong, bad, funky odor, the sleeves were way too long, the top was way too long, sequins and bric-a-brac were hanging off, and THE LEGS ARE ENORMOUS!!!!! Obviously, they need to ask for peoples arm length and leg circumfrence, because the pants are ridiculous!!  I thought that since it was "custom made" it would fit just right like they claimed, but it looks hideous on me!! And where there were supposed to be hooks to hold the other hooks on the pantwaist, there were only two loops of thread!!! SERIOUSLY???

$209 down the tubes and I can't return it because it's a custom order (which I paid $28 extra for)....plus I am not able to talk to anyone at the company about it or email my complaints! They dont give you a way to get to them! It reads on-site like they do, then you are sent round and round on different links and still there is no way to tell them your complaint!  

My sons wedding is Nov 16th!! What the heck was I supposed to do??? I had already wasted $209 on this hideous thing Lightinthebox sent me, so I then had to pay $110 on alterations, and the seamstress could not take in the pants, as they are chiffon and would pull too bad and look even worse. She said they should have been tailored the right way from the start. She used to work at a bridal shop that had ordered some bridal gowns from Lightinthebox. They send their bridal gowns and other stuff over on fishing boats and everything reaked of nasty fish!!! The gowns had to be aired out for a long time, then still had a bad odor, so they then had to be sent to the dry cleaners! Which is what I had to do after the alterations, because of the smell AND the wrinkles. Never again did they order from there. She has heard numerous complaints about lightinthebox from her customers who have had to have their smelly, poorly tailored dresses altered. 

I have been a crying, furious, panicked wreck over this!! Lightinthebox has ruined the next-to-the biggest event of my life besides giving birth! I will be a laughing stock in those pants! Never again will I order from that company! Liars, thieves, and cowards! They took my money then didn't give me a way to complain or ask for help about what to do! I HATE THEM!!! I hope their Karma comes back to them 1000-fold!!

They don't even have the guts to reply to my complaints! The only way I found to contact them was through an email address when they emailed me to confirm my order. They don't have the guts to answer me! Nice to know they care about their customers!! All lies and deceit about after-the-sale help and how it'll fit just right if custom made.......yeah, right!! That's BEFORE the sale.....but AFTER the sale, we see the TRUE colors of Lightinthebox! Thieving, lieing cowards!

It is companies and sellers like that (lots of them on eBay, for sure!) that gives all of China a bad name. They are a disgrace and a  discredit to their country and should be ashamed, but they have no morals or conscience, so they dont care or feel shame. It's all about the money. They should all be in prison for theft! Funny....if they'd stolen valables from my car theyd be in jail, but since they do it by internet, they get away with it.....but they are every bit as guilty. 

That company owes me $110 for alterations on a supposedly "custom made" pant-set that was supposed to fit perfectly, and I have the receipt! They are thieving, cowardly idiots! $209 for a pile of stinking CRAP, then I have to pay another $110 to try to salvage the garbage! They can reimburse me for alterations or this case goes to the authorities! These lieing, thieving bums have not heard the last of me! If I have to go on You tube about them and write every consumer-complaint and rip-off site on the net, I will, just to get some justice! 

PLEASE, IF YOU HAVE HALF A BRAIN, HEED THIS WARNING AND DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS CHINESE COMPANY!!! GO SOMEWHERE THAT IS REPUTABLE AND HONEST!!

Finally got my refund from Sears Rip-Off Scumbag Theiving Repair Service! Had to fight and fight to get a refund, then they only gave back $211 of what I had paid, so I fought some more and finally got the rest of it! It pays to stand up for yourself and fight for your rights, and your money! I am on Disability, and dont have money to give away to lying thives!! 

But today, two men from a mower repair place I found on Craigslist came to pick up my riding mower, and when they tried to push it up the ramp onto the truck, we discovered the idiot from Sears had not even put the bolts, nuts, and screws back on it, and the front bumper, hood, and sides were literally falling apart!!! ARE YOU FRIGGIN' KIDDING ME!!!???? Is is that you just dont have the BRAINS to realize theyre still off, or you just dont have the INTEGRITY and DECENCY to put them back on?? I think its that last one! Its not like it would have taken that long!! Were you in THAT BIG A HURRY to get away from here?? Gotta hurry off in a big frenzy to the next "customer" so you can rip them off, too??? Wow!! Unbelievable!!

 

I have seen the tons and tons of complaints online about Sears Repair Services. Even the name is a joke! I know how much trouble Sears has been in before for ripping off customers, especially in Automotive! But I was desperate. I wish I had never called them. DONT YOU MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID! They cannot be trusted!! Nothing but outright THEIVES, LIARS, LOW-DOWN, UNDERHANDED, WORTHLESS, STUPID, IGNORANT, UNTRUSTWORTHY, MONEY-GRUBBING, LOW-LIFE, EVIL POND SCUM!!!!! And that's putting it NICELY! I HATE SEARS AND WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW ABOUT WHAT LYING, UNDERHANDED THEIVES THEY ARE!! I hope they go bankrupt and every one of them loses their job, thats how much they DISGUST me!!! Rot in h.e.l.l. Sears!!! They're saving space for you down there!! Especially for that crooked CEO! Pack for warm temperatures, a-holes!! It's gonna be plenty hot where y'all are headed!!!

Lightinthebox has refunded the $110 for alterations and the $30 for duties, so I am pretty happy with that. The pants are still enormous in the legs but they cant be altered, so I will have to deal with it. At least I got quite a bit of my money back, once I FINALLY got hold of them. It pays to stand up for yourself!

UPDATE-----Today, I got a bill from DHL, for $31 !!! Had already paid Lightinthebox $19+ for shipping and $4 for shipping insurance!!  So it was already included in my payment! Frickin SCAMMERS! What are they trying to PULL?? I will NOT be scammed for an extra $31 after all I've already paid & gone through! They can kiss my you-know-what!!!
